Cannop Cycle Centre
Get away from traffic, tarmac and other people by hiring a bike and exploring the Forest of Dean on two wheels. There are some fantastic bike routes criss-crossing the area, with trails available for people of all ages and abilities.

Warrior Mud Run
The Warrior Mud Run is a fun, off road run through the beautiful Forest of Dean. Taking place on the 25th April, the route will lead you along muddy paths and through stunning unspoilt woodland. There are 10k and 5k events for adults, as well as a 5k junior run for energetic kids.
Caving at Clearwell Caves
Clearwell Caves is one of the most popular attractions in the Forest of Dean. The underground network was created over thousands of years as local miners worked the area to extract precious iron ore.
While the main areas of the caves are open to the public every day, there are deeper tunnels, galleries and museums that only a select few get to explore.
